What a pleasure it was to organise a 3-day seminar in the Alps in the heart of the Ecrins massif for the C3F accountancy firm. This unique location in the southern Alps is packed with sumptuous sites, from sun-drenched ski slopes to ice cliffs and sublime panoramas. The challenge was to create a tailor-made stay for a highly international team with very varied expectations: everyone had to find something interesting and fun while strengthening team spirit.
Set off to discover the mountains in January, an atypical environment, to push back your limits and exalt the team's affinities and solidarity.

Welcome at the end of the afternoon and installation in the hotel, each person takes possession of their room with their colleagues. The Secretrip staff then welcome the C3F team by the fire for an aperitif and a presentation of the stay. Dinner in a village restaurant with local specialities and walk back under the stars.
A hearty team breakfast in the private hotel. We'll then equip the participants with ski, snowboard and snow walking boots. Today there's something for everyone: free skiing, private lessons with an instructor and mountain walking. After a jovial warm-up at the bottom of the resort, everyone joins their group for the morning. We meet up again at 13.00 for an incredible barbecue at altitude with a view of the massif, an unforgettable moment! Full of energy, we set off again for our skiing activities until 4pm. The entire C3F team was then back together for a mulled wine at the foot of the slopes and the launch of a team-building game combining mischief, speed and ingenuity. It's all about team spirit, and it's a real laugh. Participants return to the hotel for some free time and an aperitif in front of the fireplace... Dinner in a typical restaurant with local architecture, succulent dishes and a festive atmosphere. Return on foot under the stars, with a surprise from the Secretrip team! You can then return to your rooms or take advantage of the large lounge to reminisce about your slips... Sweet dreams...
Breakfast and departure for a lost valley, far from everything, in the heart of a unique mountain range. We'll equip you with snowshoes for an adventure that's accessible to all, in the heart of a white paradise. There are no cars, no snowmobiles, no roads - you can only get there on foot. A naturalist guide will help us discover the secrets of the flora and fauna and the history of this unique area. We'll walk past waterfalls of ice, overlook vertiginous peaks and arrive at an enchanted spot for a mountain lunch. You'll never want to leave this warm and friendly atmosphere. We'll put our snowshoes back on and head back down to the valley via another route. Return to the hotel and collect your luggage before departure.
It'll be time to say goodbye, with stars in our eyes, unforgettable memories and a team that's tighter than ever!
