What a pleasure it was to organise a 3-day seminar in the Alps, in the heart of the Ecrins massif, for the C3F accountancy firm. This unique part of the southern Alps is full of sumptuous sites, from sun-drenched ski slopes to ice cliffs and sublime panoramas. The challenge was to create a tailor-made holiday for a highly international team with varied expectations: everyone had to find something of interest and enjoyment while strengthening team spirit.
Set off to discover the mountains in January, an atypical environment, to push back your limits and exalt the team's affinities and solidarity.

Welcome at the end of the afternoon and installation in the hotel, each person takes possession of their room with their colleagues. The Secretrip staff then welcome the C3F team by the fire for an aperitif and a presentation of the stay. Dinner in a village restaurant with local specialities and walk back under the stars.
Breakfast team in the private hotel. We will then equip the participants with ski, snowboard and snow walking boots. Today there's something for everyone: free skiing, private lessons with an instructor and mountain walking. After a jovial warm-up at the bottom of the resort, everyone joins their group for the morning. We meet up again at 13.00 for an incredible barbecue at altitude with a view of the massif, an unforgettable moment! Full of energy, we set off again for our skiing activities until 4pm. The entire C3F team was then back together for a mulled wine at the foot of the slopes and the launch of a team-building game combining mischief, speed and ingenuity.
Team spirit prevails above all else and it's a real laugh. The participants return to the hotel for some free time and an aperitif in front of the fireplace... Dinner in a typical restaurant with local architecture, succulent dishes and a festive atmosphere. Return on foot under the stars, with a surprise from the Secretrip team! You can then return to your rooms or take advantage of the large lounge to reminisce about your slips... Sweet dreams...
Breakfast and departure for a lost valley, far from everything, in the heart of a unique mountain range. We'll equip you with snowshoes for an adventure that's accessible to all, in the heart of a white paradise. There are no cars, no snowmobiles, no roads - you can only get there on foot. A naturalist guide We'll discover the secrets of the flora and fauna and the history of this unique place. We'll walk along ice waterfalls, overlook vertiginous peaks and arrive in a magical setting for a mountain lunch. You'll never want to leave this warm and friendly atmosphere. We'll put our snowshoes back on and head back down to the valley via a different route. We'll return to the hotel, collect your luggage and leave, with stars in our eyes, unforgettable memories and a team that's closer than ever!
Isn't skiing as a team and sharing a barbecue at the top of the slopes a unique experience of shared happiness? The laughter and camaraderie that come from the pleasures of skiing create indelible memories. After a morning of effort and excitement on the slopes, the moment when everyone gathers at the summit for a barbecue creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. The simple act of sharing a meal in the open air, surrounded by spectacular scenery, creates a special connection between team-mates. The positive energy generated by this experience contributes not only to individual well-being, but also to a stronger team dynamic. After a day rich in emotions, the evening in a cosy restaurant in the village offers an intimate setting to prolong the conviviality. Around a table in an exclusive setting, the laughter and anecdotes shared on the slopes turn into relaxed discussions. This combination of outdoor adventure, infectious laughter and a private evening creates a complete experience, strengthening both team cohesion and the personal bonds between colleagues.
