When the director of Koala Kids, a network of crèches and micro-crèches, asked us to organise a team-building event in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, we came up with the idea of a two-part day. And we quickly agreed on a programme designed to provide plenty of laughs while strengthening the cohesion of the group.
Number of participants, duration, budget, customer objectives... These are all parameters that need to be taken into account when putting together a tailor-made team building offer. For this group of around forty people, we opted for intense activities that require everyone to unleash their potential and trust others. This requires precise timing and flawless organisation to maintain the group's enthusiasm throughout the day.
All the participants met at Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer on a superb beach on the Var coast. We then put together a two-part programme... A fun morning to create the right conditions for exchanges and a creative afternoon to strengthen the cohesion of the group. With, of course, a Mediterranean meal for a well-deserved break after the morning's emotions.
All the employees were welcomed on the Madrague beach in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, where a delicious breakfast awaited them. Once the introductions had been made, it was time for some memorable team building on the beach. The programme included a relay race on a paddle board, a SecreTrip-style café waiter's race, construction challenges, a musical quiz... Laughter and good humour guaranteed!
The morning continued with a delicious meal in a seaside restaurant reserved for the occasion. The menu featured generous Mediterranean cuisine. The afternoon was devoted to music and singing. Participants took up the challenge proposed by our percussion expert, to create a piece in rhythm and harmony in less than 2 hours. It was an activity that appealed to everyone and created an incredible group dynamic.
Many thanks for an exceptional day that will live long in the memory. We achieved our objectives. Well done for the organisation, your suggestions and your energy. You're at the top of your game!
